Perhaps the biggest surprise in the set was from the guest appearance that came mid-way through the performance. Sure, we were told that we wouldn't be seeing any of the big-ticket female members of the band last night, but none of us expected to see Isaac Brock get introduced. Modest Mouse!?!? More than a few people lost their minds over this, and that was BEFORE the crowd got treated to a couple MM songs.
Und um den Tag noch etwas fröhlicher zu machen: Broken Chanson Society, eine wahrscheinlich nur für dieses eine Schulfest zusammengekommene 17(!!!)köpfige japanische Coverband, spielt unter anderem 7/4 (Shoreline). Die haben möglicherweise noch mehr Spaß auf der Bühne als die Originale.
